Soon the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Discrimination Financial Assistance Program (DFAP) will be providing financial assistance to farmers, ranchers and forest landowners who experienced discrimination by USDA in USDA’s farm lending prior to January 1, 2021. It is important to know that your benefits may be affected when receiving the award.
